Across the Caribbean, islands almost seem to wear necklaces of white sandy beaches. A person would be hard-pressed to find one that could be on a postcard.
In relation to the U.S., the Caribbean is easily accessible for a great majority of Americans. It’s certainly faster for someone in Arizona to fly to the British Virgin Islands than Hawaii. And the islands and their top vacation spots are idyllic. Beaches in the Caribbean are pristine, the water is transparent, and the hotels are comfortable. Since tourism is a major industry, the hospitality staff caters to tourists to make their stay memorable and enjoyable.
